If an item proves to be defective (does not work in your machine) within 60 days,
our policy is to replace the product at no cost and free ground shipping of the new item.
The item & packaging must have been kept in new condition in all aspects other than the defect.

To return an unopened item within 30 days, there will be a restocking fee of 15%.
The packaging must be in excellent condition & must be wrapped up before returning it.
You will receive a refund for unopened items, minus shipping charges and fees.

If you mistakenly ordered the wrong item and would like to exchange it within 30 days,
but the box/cartridge has already been opened, there will be a restocking fee of 20%
